When You Really Don’t Feel Like Working Out…🛌

🛌 On Days You Just Can’t Be Bothered… Do This!

— 3 Minimal Moves for Days You Don’t Feel Like Working Out

Let’s be honest — there are so many days when working out just feels impossible.
You come home from work, you’re tired, don’t even want to shower, and your whole body feels blah...
You think, “Should I just skip today?” at least ten times.

But when you do nothing, you feel even worse.
And when those “rest” days start stacking up, your routine slips before you know it. 😓

So here it is — the “bare minimum” workout.
Just 3 moves. No equipment. No pressure.
Do this and still get that tiny spark of accomplishment.

1. Full Body Stretch in Bed (about 2 mins)

Yes, you can do this literally while lying in bed. Perfect right before sleep too.

  • Lie down and reach your arms and legs out long (10 sec)

  • Pull one knee at a time into your chest (15 sec each side)

  • Twist stretch: drop one knee across your body (20 sec each side)

  • Finish by shaking out arms and legs

👉 Even just this loosens up your whole body after a long, stiff day.

2. Air Squats – Just 10 to 15 Reps (about 1 min)

The king of home workouts!
Even if you’re tired, don’t skip your legs.

  • Keep knees behind your toes

  • Back straight, push hips back

  • Exhale as you go down, inhale coming up

👉 Just 10 reps and your thighs will feel it — you'll know you moved.

3. Wall Plank (about 1 min)

Too tired for floor planks? Try this gentle wall version.

  • Stand about a hand’s length from a wall

  • Press your forearms into the wall, keep your body in a straight line

  • Engage your core and hold for 30 sec to 1 min

  • Do a second round if you feel like it

👉 Core activation without the floor — gentle but effective!

🌿 Final Thoughts
You don’t need to aim for a perfect 100 every day.
Sometimes, giving just 10% is what actually keeps you consistent.

You showed up for yourself today — that matters.
Tomorrow might feel better.
But today? You made peace with your lazy self and still moved. That’s a win. 👏
