I’m not a fitness expert—just someone trying to lose some weight, get stronger, and build healthier habits, all from the comfort of home.
This blog is where I’ll be sharing my personal experiences with:
Home workouts that actually fit into a busy life
Healthy habits that are easy to start and stick with
Simple meals and food tips (no crazy diets!)
And of course, a little motivation to keep us going when things get tough
My main focus right now? Belly fat and arm fat (ugh 😅).
