🌼 I lost 4kg in 2 months — Here’s what I really felt 💭

Hey, it’s Sue! ☺️
Can you believe it’s already been 2 months since I started this blog?
And during that time… I lost 4kg (about 8.8 lbs)! 🎉
Not a huge transformation, maybe — but for me, it feels huge.

Weight, body fat, and BMI decreased as of March 1, 2025.

This blog started as a way to keep track of my workouts & meals 📓
But it turned into something way more meaningful — a place to keep promises to myself.
So today, I just wanted to share how I lost 4kg, and what I really felt through it all 💬

📝 1. Writing things down = My secret weapon

Just writing what I ate or which stretches I did made me more focused.
Even if no one reads it, it feels like I’m checking in with myself.
That little “I did it!” feeling? Super powerful 💪✨

🧘‍♀️ 2. Feelings > numbers

I used to weigh myself almost every day 😅
Now? I go by how my clothes fit, or how I feel when I look in the mirror.
Sometimes a friend saying “Did you lose weight?” hits harder than any number 🥹💛

🌙 3. I messed up sometimes — and that’s okay

I skipped workouts.
I ate ramen at midnight 🍜 (oops).
But I didn’t quit. I just got back up the next day.
That’s the real key — don’t give up just because you weren’t perfect. 🌱

🪞 4. Confidence came slowly, then all at once

At first I avoided mirrors 🫣
Now, I’m starting to smile at my reflection.
Just trying makes me feel better.
And those tiny victories? They add up 🧡

🤝 5. Kind words mean more than you think

A simple “You got this!” or “Keep going!” from someone really lifted me 🥺
It reminded me I’m not doing this alone.
Thank you if you’ve ever left a kind comment. Seriously 🫶

🌟 What’s next?

Now that I’ve lost 4kg, my next goal is:
Tone up + feel stronger! 💪
No crazy diets. No pressure.
Just consistent, fun home workouts and food that makes me feel good 🥗💕

Let’s go slow but steady.
If you're also on this path — I'm cheering for you too.
Let’s keep glowing together ✨🌷

💬 Today’s little reminder:
“Progress doesn’t have to be loud. Even quiet steps move you forward.” 🌈
