I’m not a fitness expert, just someone who wants to get healthier and feel better in my body. If you're like me—trying to lose weight, tone up, and build better habits—then let’s do this together!

I’ll be sharing my journey, including workouts, diet tips, and little lifestyle changes that actually make a difference. 
No crazy diets, no extreme workouts—just simple steps we can take every day to feel stronger and more confident.

My main struggles? Belly fat and arm fat! I know I’m not alone in this, so I’ll be trying different exercises and tips to see what really works.
