🔹 Before You Turn On the Water
1. Wall Squat (30–60 sec)
Stand with your back flat against the wall and slide down like you’re sitting in an invisible chair.

2. Calf Raises (20 reps)
Stand tall and lift your heels up, then slowly lower.
👉 Do this while brushing your teeth or waiting for the water to warm up!
🔹 During Shower Time 🚿
3. One-Leg Balance Hold (15 sec each leg)
While shampooing, lift one foot slightly off the ground and engage your core.
👉 Works balance + strengthens legs!
4. Standing Side Twists (15 reps each side)
Gently twist your torso left and right.
