Today, I’ll share the best home workout routines for different purposes – whether it’s weight loss, toning, posture correction, or boosting stamina!
🔥 1. Goal: Burn Fat & Lose Weight
Recommended workouts: Zone 2 Cardio + Full Body Circuit Training

Zone 2 cardio: Fast walking, light jogging, cycling – at a steady pace.
